Director of the Agency
The Director of the Agency is appointed and dismissed by the Government on the proposal of the Agency's Board. The appointment is made following a public competition conducted by the Board. The Director’s term of office is five years.
At its 108th regular session on 3 November 2016, the Government of the Republic of Slovenia issued a decision appointing Nataša Bučar Director of the Slovenian Film Centre with effect from 1 December 2016. It also adopted a resolution authorising the Minister of Culture to conclude an employment contract with her.
At its 104th regular session on 25 November 2021, under item 9.1, the Government of the Republic of Slovenia adopted the following resolution:
On the proposal of the Board of the Slovenian Film Centre, a public agency of the Republic of Slovenia, dated 13 October 2021, the Government of the Republic of Slovenia issued a decision appointing Nataša Bučar Director of the Slovenian Film Centre, a public agency of the Republic of Slovenia, for a five-year term of office from 1 December 2021 to 30 November 2026 inclusive. The Government of the Republic of Slovenia also adopted a resolution authorising the Minister of Culture to conclude an employment contract with her.
